Photo for Picture Pops should be uploaded to www.ge.tt and emailed to Joyfuldelightssweets@gmail.com with your order number in the comments.  To ensure cake pops are shipped fresh and shortly after being created there is a cut-off time and day for standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail).  All other orders will require faster shipping.  Cake pops ordered Friday 12:01 EST through Tuesday 12 p.m. EST will be shipped on Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail for arrival by Friday or Saturday depending on destination address.  Cake pops ordered Tuesday 12:01 p.m. EST to Friday 12 p.m. EST will be shipped on Saturday for Tuesday or Wednesday arrival depending on destination address. All cake pops are made in a shared kitchen where soy and nuts are processed.   Cake pops must be kept at 72 degrees or cooler.  Cake pops can be frozen up to two weeks. Serve at room temperature.  All cake pops are packed with care and shipped with protective packing. No refunds are offered. Cake pops require thermal shipping to keep cool during late spring to late summer travel (above 72 degrees Fahrenheit).  By purchasing products on this website, shop.cakepopjoy.com, the user agrees to the following terms of use and will be known as the Purchaser here forth in this agreement. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they have obtained the proper written rights of use of the image provided, if purchaser is not the sole owner.  Image will be used to create edible cake pop favor and Purchaser will be solely liable for any infringement on copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights if Purchaser is not the actual owner or does not have the legal rights of use of the image.  Purchaser confirms that they have the legal right to use the image provided to Joyful Delights Sweets as well as the right to extend use to Joy Andrews for the purpose of creating edible favors, favor tags or any product on this website for purchase that requests an image to be provided.  All images must be provided as a .jpeg or .png file and emailed to joyfuldelightssweets@gmail.com with your order number in the email subject line.
